MCE taps Minnesota Elevator veteran Kroenke to bolster sales efforts in Midwest/Canada region

Motion Control Engineering, the industry’s leading manufacturer of non-proprietary elevator controls, and member of the Kinetek group of companies, has announced that Daniel Kroenke, a 15-year elevator industry veteran, has joined the MCE sales team with specific responsibility for sales in the Midwest/Canada sales region.

In announcing the move, MCE Senior Vice President, Ashur Kanon, noted the Kroenke brings substantial experience and success to the MCE organization. “Dan Kroenke has demonstrated a very strong skill set and dedication during his 15 years in the elevator industry. We are very pleased that Dan has chosen MCE to continue his career.”

Kroenke’s industry experience includes key assignments with Minnesota Elevator (MEI), including extensive sales and comprehensive project management expertise with MCE control equipment. Jeff Yeager, MCE Regional Manager for the Midwest/Canada region, welcomes the addition of Kroenke to his team. “I’ve had the privilege of working very closely with Dan, who has been an MCE customer for several years. I’m very excited that he is now part of our team, and will be bringing the same professionalism he exhibited at Minnesota Elevator to the many MCE customers in the region.”

Kroenke’s specific experience includes managing and quoting elevator equipment packages (passenger, freight, hydraulic, traction) as a senior project manager in MEI’s project management department. He also played a key role in developing MEI’s geared traction product line, and developed and instructed training classes for that line of products.

Kanon noted that with the addition of Kroenke, Yeager’s sales team at MCE (also including sales representative, Steve Boisvert) now boasts more than 40 years of combined elevator and controls experience. Kroenke, who attended Northwestern University in Minneapolis, is based in Pemberton, Minnesota.
