Ashur Kanon Appointed President of MCE

MCE veteran will drive MCE's global growth initiatives

In announcing the appointment, Randy Bays, Kinetek President and Chief Operating Officer, noted that Kanon has demonstrated significant skills, leadership qualities, and a proven track record during his career with MCE. “Ashur is well positioned to take MCE to the next level of performance, and lead the company’s global growth initiatives. I am excited that he has accepted this opportunity and responsibility.”

According to Bays, as MCE Senior Vice President for the past two years, Kanon has effectively managed the day-to-day activity of the company, including oversight of engineering, research & development, sales and marketing, and most recently, production and operations. “Ashur’s promotion to President is a direct result of the exemplary job he has done, and reflects my considerable confidence in him.”

Kanon, who started his MCE career as an electrical engineer in 1989, is excited about the future. “I’m looking forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead, and will continue MCE’s legacy of designing quality, innovative products for the market.”
