DetailsMCE has recently discovered that Allen-Bradley experienced a manufacturing anomaly on their auxiliary contacts used with MCE's 12-Pulse drive. The contact material in a small number of auxiliary contacts does not have enough "wipe" to make with 100% reliability. The result is an intermittent contact that can cause the fault described above. Allen-Bradley has remedied this situation and all controllers shipped from MCE beginning in 2002 will have the corrected auxiliary contacts. Action f you are experiencing the fault described above, please call MCE Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance.
